The contact form
It collects your name, your e-mail address and your message and, if you wish, your wedding date and who you are (a couple, a wedding planner, other). This information is only used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
It is not stored on the site: it is e-mailed to Studio Soly.
Protecting the form
To prevent mass sending, the site keeps a fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself) and the number of messages sent, for one hour. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in protecting the form (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Who has access
Only Solène Marot reads your messages. They pass through two technical providers: OVH, which hosts the site in France, and Google, whose Gmail service receives the messages. Like any host, OVH keeps technical logs of visits (IP address, pages requested) for the security of its service. Google may process the data in the United States; this transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is never sold or passed on for marketing.
How long it is kept
Your messages are kept for three years at most after our last exchange if no order follows. If you become a client, the information needed for the order is kept for the length of our relationship, then the accounting records (accepted quotes, invoices) for ten years, as the law requires. The IP address fingerprint is deleted after one hour.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising, social media or audience-measurement cookies and loads no third-party service. Only the pll_language cookie remembers the language you chose (French or English), for one year: needed for the site to work, it requires no consent. The link to Instagram sends nothing to Instagram unless you click it.
Portfolio photos
The photos and first names of the couples shown in the Portfolio are published with their consent. They may ask for their removal at any time, at .
